Raffy and his team were great! I was traveling to Iowa City to visit friends and my sunroof blew out along the way! A very scary experience but I wasn’t hurt. My insurance company arranged to have the replacement sunroof overnighted to Number One Auto. I dropped my car off the next morning and, once the replacement arrived, they replaced it right away, cleaned up the glass, and I had my car back in a couple of hours! They were so nice and very professional. A bad situation with a good ending. Thanks so much to Raffy and everyone at Number One Auto!

Hello, I was recommended and referred through my insurance company just to find someone local, which was not very local was about an hour away. I assumed everything would Go well so I had to drive there of course once I arrive there, the shop looked like it was condemned. I was thinking about turning around, but I was already there to replace my sunroof. It was dirty was filthy. They only had two people working on the cars really didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing, but I gave him a benefit of the doubt had to wait nine hours. Nowhere to sit had to walk to Hy-Vee two or three times just to get some air or to find someone to sit cause otherwise you have to sit outside or on the ground or nowhere at all I find the owner was not very pleasant or honest with the completion of my work once the summer was done. It still was not opening or closing the shade sunvisor was broken and I was overpriced a couple thousand dollars I would not recommend to anyone.

I couldn’t be happier with this place. Our son got flown to Iowa City for heart surgery and on the 9 hour drive from where we live we started hearing a couple of different noises our vehicle was making, knowing one was a wheel bearing and I knew we needed to get it fixed. I called Number One Auto and talked to Raffy and he said bring it in. He figured out the problems right away and told me to come back tomorrow. He had it in and out of his shop as quick as he could. I was happy with the price, he actually shocked me with the price because I thought I was going to have to pay more. Raffy is a great guy and I’m glad I got to meet him. He even asked questions about my son and how he was doing so I could tell he’s a very caring person. I highly recommend this place if you like stuff done right and good conversation. Thanks again Raffy, my family and I appreciate you more than you know

I bought a car from Raffy, I'm extremely happy with it. The engine light came on when I test drove it. Raffy got his machine out to check what it was, it was a knock knock sensor, he asked me if I was interested in the car, he would fix it right now. Of course I was interested in it, he called the auto parts store, got one delivered and put it on right away. I'm extremely satisfied with my car I love it. Raffy is a very honest trustworthy person that stands behind his word. I would highly recommend Number One Auto, If you're looking for a reliable vehicle Raffy's the man!!! I would DEFINITELY do business with them again!! Thank You Raffy!

I got my car from Raffy and had a great experience. He was professional, patient, and helped me find a good car. He also put a lot of care into making sure the car was well taken care of. Very reliable!!!!!
